About Me

Hi there!

My name is Rose Meuschke and I’m a professional organizer.

Harmony & Function is the synthesis of many years of work and discovery within the education field in combination with life experience and personal passion!

In my roll as a teacher, I implemented, maintained and changed organizational systems to help support the learning, health and happiness of all my busy students. This work has given me an understanding of the diversity of challenges people face, as well as the importance of creating equitable solutions that allow everyone to reach their potential.

My experience extends to my personal life, as well. Neurodiversity seems to run in the family. We are a multigenerational, multi-pet, multi-small child household. The eldest generation being my father - a combat veteran and a stroke survivor who deals with on going cognitive difficulties.

Out of both necessity and genuine enjoyment, I have made a study of how to compassionately manage and organize our home and lives so that we all can pursue what brings us fulfillment and joy. The reality is that I don’t have time to dust my window sills (I bet you don’t either,) but I can help my family and help you stream-line the busy work so you can get to the good stuff.
